Fourteen Bacolod businesses were issued show cause orders for failure to remit P6,432,275 in contributions of their employees to the Social Security Systems.
The show cause orders were issued by officials of SSS Bacolod and Bacolod East to erring employers for non-remittance and non-registration, Josie Pineda, SSS acting regional communication officer, said.
The visits to the 14 business establishments were in line with the SSS Run After Contribution Evaders (RACE) campaign.*
