Homebuyers can take advantage of exclusive perks and special offers on select ready-for-occupancy (RFO) residential properties in property giant Megaworld’s Visayas townships during the two-day Pag-IBIG Fund National Housing Expo 2026 at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City., which runs until tomorrow, October 28.
The special offers are available exclusively for new sales made during the expo, covering select condominium units and residential lots at Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo City, The Upper East in Bacolod City, Forbes Hill in Northill Gateway in Talisay City, and The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, a press release from Megaworld said Tuesday.
Eligible properties must have a contract price not exceeding P30 million.
Buyers can make the most of these exclusive expo deals, with special perks available for different payment options. Those who will pay in full within 30 days of reservation can avail of additional savings, while those who use Pag-IBIG Fund financing by December 2026 can enjoy special terms under the cash-term promo, the press release said.
Buyers who prefer deferred payment can also take advantage of exclusive savings, with additional benefits available to those who pay through Pag-IBIG Fund financing by December 31.
The exclusive offers apply only to new sales made during the two-day expo and are valid from October 27 until midnight on October 28.
Eligible residential properties include The Pinnacle, The Palladium, Lafayette Park Square, Saint Dominique, One Madison Tower 2, and One Madison Tower 3 at Iloilo Business Park. At The Upper East, buyers can choose from One Manhattan, One Regis, and Two Regis, and at Forbes Hill located in Northill Gateway. At The Mactan Newtown, eligible developments include One Pacific Residence, One Manchester Place, La Victoria Global Residences, and The Pearl Global Residences.
Admission is free at the Pag-IBIG Fund National Housing Expo 2026, which runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the press release said.
