Police are still searching for the man who was allegedly abducted at Purok Margarita, Brgy. Abuanan, Bago City, Negros Occidental, Tuesday morning, January 18.
Missing was Johnson Ciervo Garfil, 32, of Purok Poinsetia, Brgy. Ara-al, La Carlota City.
Police said the victim was onboard his motorcycle when he was waylaid by men onboard two motorcycles. They then took him away on a white Toyota Innova van.
Recovered from the site were the victim’s helmet, watch, shoe, and motorcycle.
Police are continuing to search for the man and the motive for the incident is still being investigated.*
