A retired policeman facing charges for 13 counts of alleged rape and acts of lasciviousness was arrested in Brgy. Cabug, Bacolod City, on Friday, May 31.
SPO3 Eduardo Gacad, 78, was arrested at his residence by virtue of a warrant of arrest.
Bacolod City Police Station 3 cops served the warrant for 13 counts of rape and acts of lasciviousness signed by Judge Georgina Hidalgo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 68 of Lingayen, Pangasinan, on July 19, 2006.
There was no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
He is now detained a Police Station 3 in Bacolod.*
