Two persons, including a city government employee, were arrested and shabu worth P95,200 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Hacienda Culahao, Brgy. E. Lopez, Silay City, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, June 29, the police reported.
Arrested were a 52-year-old job order employee of the Silay City government and a 24-year-old man, whose names were withheld by the police.
The police seized suspected shabu weighing 14 grams from them.
The recovered drug items will be brought to the Police Provincial Forensic Unit in Bacolod City for laboratory examination.
The arrested persons are detained at the Silay City Police Station custodial facility.*
