The police filed cases against Jose Alontaga Jr. for grave threats in relation to R.A. 10591, also known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, and for violation of the Commission on Elections gun ban, Lt. Col. Salvador Trono Jr., Talisay police chief, said Tuesday, Feb. 4.
