A pedicab driver died and his brother was injured when an unidentified suspect shot them while they were having a drinking spree in Antonio Luna Proper, Brgy. Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental, 8:05 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18.
The police said alias “Mark”, 33, died while alias “Paulo”, 28, his brother, was injured.
Investigation revealed that the victims were drinking liquor when a man arrived and shot Mark on the head and Paulo in the back.
The suspect fled after the incident.
Recovered at the crime scene were five empty shells of .45 caliber gun, the police said.*
