The Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (PACE) president filed a complaint versus the persons behind the spread of “black propaganda” against him through text messages before the National Bureau of Investigation in Bacolod City on Monday, January 15.

Engineer Ruben Diamante, PACE president, is asking the NBI to determine the identities of those responsible for the spread of such messages, which he called cybercrime and unjust vexation offenses.

He submitted a name of a Capitol employee whom the NBI can obtain information from on the spread of such text messages.

Diamante is up for reelection as PACE director this month.

NBI agent Jovel Aperio said they will forward the evidence submitted by Diamante to the Cybercrime Division for technical examination.*
