The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) reported that P79.24 million worth of suspected shabu was seized in the first eight months of Col. Noel Aliño’s watch as City Police Director.
The report said that from April 18 to December 18 this year, the BCPO conducted 318 operations and arrested 383 individuals.
During those operations they seized 11.65 kilograms of suspected shabu valued at P79,241,131.68, the report added.
The city police director also reported that they arrested 125 most wanted and 256 other wanted individuals in Bacolod.
The police also conducted 159 anti-illegal gambling operations, arrested 527 individuals, and confiscated P43,488 worth of bet money.
There were also 31 individuals arrested for violation of the Guns and Ammunition Regulation Law and 32 firearms were confiscated.*
