The police arrested a Bacolodnon and seized an estimated P476,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation at Purok Sto. Rosario, Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City, early Tuesday morning, Sept. 9.
Operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) conducted the operation around 12:10 a.m. and arrested Marjo “Doydoy” Agapay, 33, of Purok Sto. Rosario.
Recovered from the suspect were about 70 grams of shabu and P1,000 marked money.
Police said Agapay will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The seized items were submitted to authorities for examination while the suspect remains under police custody.*
