Suspected Shabu worth P155,720 was seized in seven buy-bust operations in Negros Occidental from October 15 to 21, the police reported.
Five persons were arrested and 22.9 grams of suspected shabu was seized, the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office reported on Wednesday, October 25.
The police also confiscated four firearms and arrested three persons last week for violating Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Twenty-five individuals were also arrested in eight anti-illegal gambling operations and P60,100 worth of bet money was confiscated.
NOCPPO also arrested 14 most wanted persons and 27 other wanted persons in the province.
They also arrested 31 individuals violating the gun ban and 155 loose firearms were surrendered, the NOPPO added.*
