An overheated laptop triggered a fire that hit four houses at Purok Masinadyahon, Brgy. Pahanocoy, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, at 8:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, FSupt. Jenny Mae Masip, City Fire Marshal, said Thursday.
Three houses were destroyed and one was damaged costing about P229,770, she said.
The fire started from the house of Regina Pagunsan and spread to the homes of Jessica Pagunsan and Romeo Colonia that were destroyed, Masip said.
Damaged was the house of Ma. Fanisa Delgado.
The fire affected six families, Masip said.*
