More than P3 million worth of illegal drugs were seized in separate buy-bust operations in Bacolod City during the weekend.
Arrested in Brgy. Singcang-Airport on Saturday night, March 12, was Joey Piestaño, 30.
Recovered from his possession were five plastic bags containing suspected shabu weighing 450 grams with an estimated worth of P3.06 million, and the buy-bust money.
In another buy-bust operation on Sunday, March 13, arrested at Barangay 2 were Mark Arevalo, 21, and Jeremy Booc, 20.
They yielded nine plastic sachets containing suspected shabu worth P278,800, and the P11,500 boodle money.
The suspects are now in police custody and will face drug charges.*
