The non-accountable forms for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) have arrived at the Commission on Elections Negros Occidental office, Provincial Elections Supervisor, Ian Lee Ananoria said Thursday, September 14.
The non-accountable forms, such as envelopes, folders, pens, thumbprint mats, will be delivered to the Comelec officers in the towns and cities of Negros Occidental, he said.
The accountable forms, such as the ballots, will be delivered closer to the October 30 polls to avoid security risks, Ananoria said.
The Comelec will start the training of the teachers who will serve as electoral board members next week until the third week of October, he added.
There will be 37,461 teachers in Negros Occidental who will serve as electoral board members.*
