No illegal drugs were found and no one tested positive for drug use during a joint greyhound operation at the male dormitory of the Metro Bacolod District Jail at the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) Compound in Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Friday, June 2.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-6 together with Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, BCPO, and PDEA-Negros Occidental Provincial Office personnel held a joint greyhound operation and drug testing at the Metro Bacolod District Jail.
A total of 23 persons deprived of liberty were also subjected to drug tests and all tested negative, the PDEA 6 reported.
They found no illegal drugs during their search, it added.
The statement also said that the greyhound operation is part of PDEA’s drug-clear facility program.*
