NegOr, Pontevedra booth winners, organic fest sales P2.1M on day 4

The 16th Negros Island Organic Farmers’ Festival at the North Capitol Road in Bacolod City ended on Sunday, Nov. 19, with total sales on the fourth day at P2,131,198.60, Negros Occidental Acting Provincial Agriculturist Dina Genzola said.

She said the sales on the last day had yet to be added to the total.

Genzola’s report showed sales on Nov. 15 at P429,135.50, Nov. 16 – P533,730.00, Nov. 17 – P601,638.46 and Nov. 18 – P566,694.64.

Meanwhile, the best booth winners were Negros Oriental – processed category, Pontevedra local government unit – fresh category, Hearty’s Urban Garden of Maria Corazon Acaba – plants/herbs/ornamentals category, and SFC Capiz of Francis Erika Lim – arts and crafts category, Genzola said.*
