
The National Bureau of Investigation regional office has started its investigation into an incident involving an NBI intelligence officer who allegedly brandished her firearm at a restobar in Lacson Street, Bacolod City, last week.
NBI-Bacolod Chief Renoir Baldovino said the NBI regional office will make a report on the incident involving intelligence officer JJanna Marie Navales that will be referred to the Internal Affairs Division of the NBI central office in Manila.
On Friday, Nov. 24, Navales was caught on CCTV camera holding a gun while looking for her jacket and phone.
The intelligence officer admitted the incident and was asked to apologize to the owner of the establishment and those who were affected.
