A 45-year-old man was found dead after his motorcycle crashed into a ditch in Brgy. Abu-Abo, Murcia, Negros Occidental, Monday morning, March 9.
Police identified the victim only as “Dolpo” of Purok Sunset Rio in Brgy. Abu-Abo.
Investigation showed that a resident passing by the area saw a motorcycle that had fallen into a ditch.
The witness found the victim lying lifeless beside the motorcycle with a head injury.
Authorities said the witness immediately informed the victim’s family.
The victim was rushed by a Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office ambulance to the Murcia Rural Health Unit where he was declared dead.*
