A minor was arrested in a buy-bust operation that yielded an estimated 18 grams of suspected shabu worth P122,400 in Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, late Thursday night, Dec. 4.
The Police Station 8 Special Drug Enforcement Team conducted the operation at Purok Neptune at around 11:42 p.m. where they apprehended the suspect.
Recovered from the suspect were sachets of suspected shabu estimated to cost P122,400.
The minor is now under police custody.
The police said charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being prepared in coordination with the Women and Children Protection Desk and the Department of Social Welfare and Development.*
