Suno kay Gustilo nalakip sa natungdan nga mga flood control projects ang:
77.5 million pesos nga flood control sa Andoon river sa Poblacion nga iya sang EKC Construction and Aggregates gikan La Trinidad, Benguet.
77.3 million pesos nga flood control sang Higalaman River sa Guadalupe nga iya sang Jaben General Contracting Eng’g Services sang Baguio, Benguet.
Kag 151.5 million pesos nga flood control sa Palampas River sa Brgy 1 nga iya sang A.P.O General Construction sa Mountain Province.
Suno kay Gustilo wala naka sulod sa kontrata ang San Carlos LGU sa natungdan nga mga contractor kag ang mga lagda nga nalakip sa mga dokumento humlain sa notice of award padulong sa certificate of final acceptance sa idalom sa ngalan ni Renato Gustilo ang gin peke kasubong man sa idalom sang ngalan ni Engr Rodney Flores.
Sala pa gani ang designation sang amo nga engineer sa mga dokumento suno kay Gustilo.
Nagpadala man si Gustilo sang Certification gikan sa Bids and Awards Committee sang siudad nga naga siling ang mga mga contractors sa amo nga ghost projects wala nalakip sa registry of suppliers sang siudad.
May yara man sang mga flood control projects sa San Carlos karon pero ini ang sa idalom sang Bacolod based contractor kag padayon ang proyekto.
“I denied the 3 projects for confirmation kay wala man gid na nga project natabo diri sa San Carlos nga sila ang contractor. May ara nga project diri, ina nga river may flood control poject but not the contractor nga gin padala nila for confirmation sa akon. After confirmation nga wala gid na, indi na aton, I requested our City Legal Officer to write a letter to the NBI to conduct an investigation”, suno kay Gustilo.
