Six job order (JO) workers of the San Carlos City government have tested positive for the use of illegal drugs, Mayor Renato Gustilo said Thursday, August 15.
They tested positive after employees of three city government departments were subjected to random drug tests on Monday, he said.
About 106 employees from the City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office, Public Market and Slaughterhouse Department and City Sports Office were tested.
JOs found positive for the use of illegal drugs are usually terminated from their jobs, Gustilo said.*
