Mandalagan Sangguniang Kabataan chairperson Danna Marie Cuaycong Barzo was elected Bacolod SK Federation president on Tuesday afternoon, November 14.
Barzo, who was unopposed, will replace outgoing SK Federation president Ayesha Joy Villaflor as Sangguniang Panlungsod ex-officio member.
Elected vice president was Catherine Trespuentes of Barangay Felisa, secretary – Darlwin Sales of Barangay 6, treasurer – Kaye Alyana Ilon of Barangay Cabug, auditor – Jake Demegillo of Barangay 14, public information officer – Bea Kryshia Pabular of Barangay Taculing and sergeant at-arms – Aldrich Borda of Barangay Sum-ag.
Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez said that on Tuesday that he met with 59 of the 61 SK chairpersons of Bacolod on Monday night and advised them to vote according to their preference and not be influenced by any other external forces.*
