A man on the police drug watchlist was shot dead in Brgy. 2, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Jerome Ducay, 36, of Campo Siete, Brgy. 5 in San Carlos City, died after an unidentified suspect shot him.
The victim was at a cellphone shop to cash out money from his e-wallet when the suspect appeared and shot him at close range several times.
The victim sustained gunshot wounds on the head and face.
His assailant fled on foot after the incident.
The police are now reviewing the CCTV footage in the area to identify and arrest the gunman.*
