A man who went missing after allegedly jumping into the sea near the BREDCO Port in Bacolod City was found dead after nine hours on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
The police identified the dead man as Troy Beloya after his family confirmed his identity.
According to the family the victim and his brother Jayvee were on a boat .
Jayvee jumped from the boat to pull their net in and Troy followed but the boat became unstable due to strong waves causing him to drown.*
