The Luk Foo Palace, famous for its authentic Cantonese cuisine, officially opened at the Acacia Hotel compound at the Reclamation Area in Bacolod City on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.
“Luk Foo Palace is, and has always been synonymous with authentic Cantonese cuisine, rich in tradition and culinary excellence”, John Alonte, BREDCO president, said.

He said the Luk Foo Palace cuisine at its Bacolod branch was expertly crafted and overseen by Jimmy Chon, head executive chef from Hong Kong.
