A 54-year-old livestock buyer was killed after being shot by two unidentified men in Sitio Makilo, Brgy. Camansi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14.
The police said the victim, who was a widower, was fixing a motorcycle when the shooting happened.
Two men suddenly arrived at the scene and shot the victim in the head and right side of his back, the police said,.
The suspects then immediately fled.
The victim was pronounced dead by a barangay health worker.
Police recovered two fired cartridges of a .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene. *
