Leni, Sara take initial leads in Negros Occidental

Vice President Leni Robredo took an initial lead over Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the race for presidency in Negros Occidental as of 12:17 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, with 85.14 percent of the election returns in.

Sara Duterte also took the lead for the vice presidency.

Robredo had 454,888 votes followed by Ferdinand Marcos Jr. with 419,728, Manny Pacquiao –
143,797, Isko Moreno – 29,352 and Panfilo Lacson – 14,244, Comelec figures showed.

In the race for the vice presidency Duterte had 412,448 votes, Kiko Pangilinan – 322,262. Vicente Sotto – 223,457, Doc Willie Ong – 31,379 and Lito Atienza – 11,850.*
