The La Consolacion College – Bacolod celebrated its 75th General Alumni Homecoming, with the theme, “ARISE: Advancing Resilience, Inspiring Synergy and Enduring Faith, Though the Years,” at the LCC Quandrangle, on Saturday, September 7.
The Diamond Alumni Homecoming and the 105 years of LCC Bacolod activities were sponsored by the Batch 1999 Silver Jubilarians led by their president Dr. Ronel Sario, along with the Golden, Ruby, Emerald Jubilarians.
The event was driven by the inspiration of lawyer Benilda Abrasia-Tejada, president of Alumni Association Inc., and her team, a press release from the organizers said.
The grand gala show featured LCC milestones, interpreted through OPM music to bring them closer to home. Jubilarians in Silver, Golden, Ruby, and Emerald, as well as College and Night High School swayed away to the rhythm and beat of the event.
This year’s event was made even special when the College and Night High School Alumni joined the celebration for the first time.
The Night High School Program of LCC is already on its 30th Year of providing quality education to less fortunate students, the press release said
