Lacson meets Japanese officials, explores opportunities for Negros 

Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and party meeting with the Japanese officials on Tuesday* 

Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and his delegation met with the Toyama Prefecture governor and prefectural assembly in Japan on Tuesday, May 28,   to explore more  possibilities for further collaboration between the prefecture and Negros Occidental.  

They met  with Hachiro Nitta, Toyama Prefecture governor, Yamamoto Toru, Toyama Prefectural Assembly chairman, Mitsuaki Miyamoto, Muneyoshi Yamazaki and the other members of the Toyama Prefectural Assembly,    a post on the Negros Occidental Facebook page on Wednesday said. 

The governor said that he is looking forward to a new chapter in the partnership of Negros Occidental and the Toyama Prefectural Government that will create a bridge between the two provinces, open new doors of opportunities for Negrenses, and contribute to the growth of both provinces.

Cristina Orbecido, and April Duran compose the Negros Occidental delegation.*
