On Thursday, October 29, 2026, King Properties unveiled its brand-new corporate office in One Sanparq Building, Lacson St., Bacolod City. As a property developer primarily based in Cebu, this new home base in Negros Occidental is a key milestone in its expansion throughout the Western Visayas region and beyond.
The office opening and blessing was graced by valued partners and stakeholders of King Properties. Members of the King family in attendance included Mr. Kenneth Raymund King, Ms. Helena King, and Mr. Luis “Jong” King Jr. They were joined by Hankyu Hanshin Properties, Inc., King Properties’ Japanese partner developer, represented by Ms. Asa Toda.
This momentous occasion reflects King Properties’ continued commitment to providing quality real estate developments across Visayas. With another base of operations in its portfolio, the Cebu-based developer continues to expand its presence and strengthen its foothold in key markets. Ultimately, KingProperties aims to contribute to regional growth—all while helping its communities achieve their own.
Beyond its new office, Avant Leasing Services, King Properties’ in-house leasing arm, is also gearing up for expansion into Western Visayas. Its first venture in the region – and moreover, its first outside Cebu – will be a commercial space in Bacolod offering co-working facilities.
The Bacolod office also forms part of King Properties’ preparations for its upcoming pipeline of horizontal developments spanning more than 30 hectares. These projects reflect the company’s continued commitment to expanding its presence and delivering more residential communities across key growth areas. During the event, King Properties also launched H2Big Solutions, Inc. H2Big is King Properties’ very own potable water utility distributor and provider for its projects in Negros, such as Casa Rufina South. H2Big is set to expand further into other developments of King Properties down the line.
