Two persons were injured after a tricycle driver indiscriminately fired a homemade shotgun or “sulpak” in Sitio Tap-ok, Brgy. Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, on Thursday, January 11.
The 41-year-old man indiscriminately fired a sulpak during a heated argument with his neighbor, the police reported.
Two persons aged 41 and 53 years old sustained minor injuries on their legs and forehead, respectively.
The victims were brought to the Binalbagan Infirmary for medical treatment and are now in stable condition.
The suspect was at large, the police said.*
