Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson has designated a new head of the Negros Occidental Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO).
Lacson, in an office order issued March 15, designated Project Development Officer IV Ana Marie Lucasan officer-in-charge of the PPDO.
The governor ordered the transfer of PPDO head Ma. Lina Sanogal to the Office of the Governor to attend to special administrative concerns “in the interest and exigency of the service”.
Sanogal was directed to report to Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz for the effective implementation of the order.
Sanogal has signified her intention to retire in October after 31 years in government service.
Her transfer to the governor’s office is part of the transition of the PPDO leadership, Diaz said.*
