Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson led the distribution of P11 million in assistance to 2,606 Typhoon “Odette” victims in Isabela, Negros Occidental, on Thursday, March 10.
The assistance came in the form of roofing materials and rice, he said.
The governor also distributed printers for public schools in Isabela and La Castellana towns.
Isabela received 170 printers and La Castellana 184 worth P20 million, he said.
Also distributed to both municipalities were copies of the book “Mga Sugilanon sg Negros” written by Dr. Cecilia Nava, he added.*
