A 4-year-old girl drowned in the river of Barangay San Agustin, Isabela, Negros Occidental, Thursday, November 10.
The girl’s elder sibling was with her at 2 p.m. but went for a swim and did not notice that she was gone, the police said.
The child was found after almost three hours of searching.
She was taken to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.*
