Full venue capacity under AL1 to continue

Mayor Evelio Leonardia has issued Executive Order No. 13, Series of 2022, extending Alert Level 1 in Bacolod City until April 15 in compliance with the directive of the national Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

The Bacolod City government has always shown and has been consistent in the improvements in its management, control and implementation of health, safety and welfare programs among its constituents since it attained its Alert Level 1 status, he said in the EO released Sunday, April 3.

The mayor said the enforceability of Executive Order No. 10, Series of 2022,extending the Alert Level 1 status of Bacolod City from March 16 to 31 shall continue to be in full force and effect until April 15.

This allows all establishments, persons, or activities to operate, work, or be undertaken at full on-site or venue seating capacity.

However, such establishments must continue to observe minimum public health standards such as proper wearing of face masks, conducting body temperature checks, and using the Bactrac ID system.

All on-site employees of these establishments or organizers of activities must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the EO added.

Curfew hours will remain from midnight to 4 a.m., he said.*
