Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson on Tuesday, October 31, reminded the winners in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE)to fulfill their campaign promises to their constituents.
“Your winning is a manifestation of your constituents trust in you so fulfill your promises,” he said.
He said the winners only have two years to prove themselves with the next election in 2025.
Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez, who noted that the Election Day was very peaceful, said “that’s life, there are winners and losers…it’s time to move forward”.*
