Motorists are facing another round of fuel price hikes on Tuesday, August 25, as global petroleum costs continue to surge due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
The Department of Energy (DOE) said local pump prices may increase across all petroleum products:
- Diesel: P2.31 per liter increase
- Gasoline: P1.08 per liter increase
- Kerosene: P0.95 per liter increase
The adjustments take effect at 6 a.m, Tuesday for most oil companies.*
