Fire hit two houses in Bacolod City on Friday and Saturday, May 19 and 20.
Fire destroyed the house of Hermeña Consigna at Purok Narra Extension, Phase 4, Barangay Handumanan, on Friday, the Bureau of Fire Protection- Bacolod reported.
The estimated cost of the house was P172,500, which affected three families.
Consigna, who escaped the fire, said the fire happened so fast, they were not able to save anything from their home.
On Saturday fire also damaged the house of Jennifer and Leon Francisco at Regent Pearl Homes, Brgy. Alijis, affecting one family.
Estimated damage was P78,000, the BFP said.*
