A farmer died after the motorcycle he was driving hit a dog on Saturday, November 19, in Barangay San Agustin, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Killed was 21-year-old John Lloyd Sarte.
Police said the victim hit a dog on the side of road, causing him to lose control of his motorcycle. He then fell from the vehicle and hit his head on a steel post.
The road was dark at the time and it is possible that the driver did not see the dog, the police said.
Sarte died on arrival at a hospital.*
