An “encargado (farm overseer)” was shot to death by unidentified suspects in Brgy. 12, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, on Sunday, October 8.
The 65-year-old widow, whose name the police withheld, was shot in the back of her head while riding a tricycle on a rough road going to her residence.
The victim boarded the tricycle at Victorias City proper and when the vehicle reached the rough road, two unidentified persons flagged it down, the police said.
The suspects took her shoulder bag.*
