A former Army Scout Ranger was gunned down in Barangay 3, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Thursday night, June 15.
The victim identified as Kenneth Ababao, 46, of Barangay 3 was allegedly shot by certain alias “Adok”, 40, and Bonie Medez, 38, both from Ilog town, the police said.
Ababao was at a drinking session when the suspects shot him in the chest.
He was declared dead on arrival at a hospital, while the suspect fled.*
