
The Bacolod City Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD) is assisting a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by an e-bike driver.
DSSD-Bacolod Head Alma Gustilo said that the victim is now under their custody and will undergo psychological debriefing.
The Bacolod City police have already arrested the 40-year-old e-bike driver who allegedly raped the minor in his boarding house on Thursday, Nov. 30.
The DSSD assured that it will assist in the filing of statutory rape charges against the suspect.
The victim and her blind parents are staying in the boarding house owned by the e-bike driver.*
