A man believed to be drunk drowned in a drainage at Brgy. Poblacion, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, on Sunday, December 26.
He was identified as Roger Lapus, 52, of Brgy. Poblacion.
The victim was last seen the night before and was said to be drunk when he went home, a police report said.
He could have fallen in the drainage due to drunkenness, the police said.*
