
The Department of Labor and Employment – Bureau of Working Conditions (DOLE-BWC) has reminded companies to submit their 13th-Month Pay Compliance Report by the middle of next month.
In a social media post on Tuesday, Dec. 30, the bureau noted that employers have until Jan. 15, 2026 to comply with the order.
“This mandatory submission promotes transparency and compliance with labor laws,” it said.
Private companies are ordered to submit their report online or through reports.dole.gov.ph.
“All private sector employers, regardless of size or number of employees, must submit via the DOLE Online Compliance Portal: reports.dole.gov.ph.,” it said. “For assistance, contact your DOLE Regional or Field/ Provincial Office or visit: https://bwc.dole.gov.ph/ onlinecomplianceportal/.”
The payment of the 13th-month pay is mandated under Presidential Decree 851 and shall be paid no later than Dec. 24.
It shall be paid to rank-and-file workers regardless of their position, designation, or employment status, and irrespective of the method by which their wages are paid, provided that they have worked for at least one month during the calendar year.
The minimum 13th-month pay shall not be less than 1/12 of the total basic salary earned by an employee within the calendar year.*PNA
