
The prevailing retail pump price of diesel in Bacolod City is at P56.70 per liter as oil companies implemented a P0.10/liter increase last week, records from the weekly monitoring of the Department of Energy showed Friday, Dec. 29.
Prices of diesel in Bacolod are at P52.50 to P58.35/liter based on DOE monitoring from Dec. 19 to 21.
The DOE said that their monitoring came after oil companies implemented a decrease of P0.85/L for kerosene and a P0.10/L increase for diesel.
In Bacolod, diesel prices were at P54.95 to P56.70/L in Petron, P58.14 to P58.35 in Shell, P56.64 to 56.70 in Caltex, P55.60 in Total, P52.50 to P56.35 in Flying V, P57.60 to P58.05 in Seaoil, and P53.60 to P56.10 in independent gas stations.
Meanwhile, the price of gasoline in the city ranges from P56.95 to P67.60/L for octane 95, and P56 to P63.20/L for octane 91.
The octane 95 gas prices were P59.30 to P60.35 in Petron, P67.60 in Shell, P60.60 to P60.75 in Caltex, P60 in Total, P56.95 to P59.75 in Flying V, P63.20 to P63.35 in Seaoil, P58.30 to P60 in independent brands or gas stations.
Octane 91 gas prices were P58.40 to P63.20 in Petron, P61.30 to P62.10 in Shell, P59.70 to P59.75 in Caltex, P59.30 in Total, P56 to P59.50 in Flying V, P62.20 to P62.45 in Seaoil, and P58.00 to P59.30 in other brands.*
