A Bacolod City councilor has filed proposed ordinances before the Sangguniang Panlungsod seeking the renaming of the North and South Capitol roads.
Councilor Homer Bais wants the North Capitol Road to be renamed Gov. Alfredo Marañon Avenue.
He also wants the South Capitol road renamed to Mayor Alfredo L. Montelibao Jr. Avenue.*
