Six persons were arrested and suspected shabu worth P510,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Purok Kaingin, Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, 10:59 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, the police reported Friday.
Arrested were Aeron Grace Andal, 25, Stephanie Espinosa, 20, Maria Aliguin, 27, Samuel Gallardo, 38, Aude Medel, 23, and Freddie Denisa, 52, of Bacolod City.
Seized from them were 75 grams of suspected shabu, the police said.
Also recovered from them, in the operation conducted by Bacolod Police Station 8 policemen, were various drug paraphernalia.
This brings to close to P1 million worth of suspected shabu seized and 10 persons arrested by the Bacolod police on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 29 to 30.
On Wednesday morning, three suspects were apprehended in Purok Lubi, Barangay 3, by operatives of the Bacolod police City Drug Enforcement Unit and P489,000 in alleged shabu was seized, the police earlier reported.*
