A series of buy-bust operations in four local government units in Negros Occidental resulted in the confiscation of an estimated P142,800 worth of suspected shabu on Friday and Saturday, June 23 and 24, the police reported Sunday.
Sandro Morales, 41, of Hacienda Tamaraw, Brgy. San Pablo, was arrested and 10 grams of shabu valued at P68,000 was seized in Brgy. 1-A, Manapla, on Friday, the police said.
Clarence Danoy, 22, of Brgy. IV, Talisay City, was arrested with 7 grams of shabu worth P47,600 in Brgy. IV, Silay City, on Saturday, the police also said.
Christian Niño Junio, 24, was also arrested in Brgy. Batuan, La Carlota City, after the police allegedly recovered from him two grams of suspected shabu worth P13,600.
In Talisay City, Jason Dionson alias “Tinging”, 43, of Brgy. Zone 3, was arrested with two grams of suspected shabu worth P13,600 on Friday, the police also reported.*
