A Dumagueteño was arrested and P136,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Purok Tugas, Brgy. Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, on Thursday, Nov. 23.
A certain “JR”, 54, of Brgy. Talay, Dumaguete, was arrested by the City Drug Enforcement Unit of the Dumaguete City Police Station, the police reported.
Seized from him were 20 grams of alleged shabu, the police added.
The suspect, who is now under the custody of the Dumaguete City police, will face raps for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, the police said.*
