The police arrested an alleged street-level drug personality and seized suspected shabu worth P102,000 in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Guimbalaon, Silay City, Negros Occidental, on Sunday, Nov. 24.
Arrested was Marlon Divinagracia, 47, of Brgy Guimbalaon, the police said.
The police said they seized about 15 grams of suspected shabu from Divinagracia.
The suspect is now under the custody of the police and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
